We do our best to keep the vehicle clean and presentable for our guests. In order to help us to maintain the vehicle to a high standard, we have the following policies:
- There is no food to be consumed onboard the bus.
- The only liquid to be consumed onboard is water. All other beverages should be consumed outside the vehicle.
- There is no smoking onboard the vehicle (including e-cigarettes)
- Should you or any part of your clothing be wet, please ensure that one of the company’s water-resistant seat covers is placed onto your seat before you sit down.
Cancellation
Should My Bermuda Tours need to cancel a booking for any reason, our guests will be offered the opportunity to take one of the following options:
- A full refund
- An opportunity to reschedule for another day (based upon availability)
- An opportunity to travel with another operator (best efforts basis only)
Should a guest need to cancel their reservation for any reason, we must receive correspondence in writing to info@mybermudatours.com and the following refund policy applies:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled start time = Full refund (less any incurred transaction fees)
- Between 24-48 hours of scheduled start time – 50% refund (less any incurred transaction fees)
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled start time – no refund
