I emailed this company along with a few others to see if anyone could assist with my godson who is in a wheelchair. He can walk a few steps but nothing crazy. The main contact Sean emailed back immediately and maintained contact, reaching out multiple times, helping us figure out the day as best as we could. Our tour guide Amatullah was The sweetest lady who drove expertly and gave us some fun background information on the island's history and some of the local places. We were able to joke easily and enjoy our time. They were both ridiculously, over the top nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend them if anyone has a fold-up wheelchair, (you do have to walk up two steps into the van but it's a nine-seater and it's perfect for families ). They were beyond accommodating and knew of a few places to take us. There was a great restaurant right on a golf course called dock something, really eclectic diverse menu for such a small island and we were able to get wonderful drinks along with a variety of foods. I would recommend them to anyone. As of May 2026 they charge a few dollars less per hour than most of the other companies with a 3 hour minimum, and it is so worth it. I wasn't worried about the money I was more worried about the communication and ability to accommodate our group of misfits, and they surpassed our expectations.

 Verified Golf getaway for 12 was perfect with this chartered bus service!
A fantastic service for our group of 12 golfers! We were looking for a service that could take the 12 of us and our golf clubs to each of four golf courses and Sean’s service and Eugene’s expert driving was perfect for us! Eugene was able to drive us to each course and we had pick up times and departure times lined up perfectly since they know not only all of the golf courses and how long it should take to play, but how many drinks we’d likely have at the clubhouse afterwards! Excellent service from booking to final drop off. I travel to the island often with clients and finally had the opportunity to enjoy a bit of down time away from the office. We needed a van that could transport 13+ and My Bda Tours did not disappoint. Easy booking, great rates and excellent customer service. Our driver AMA was the best felt like mom ;) Our trips were on time and AMA was extremely accommodating when we ran over time and wandered a bit further than originally planned. We had the distinct pleasure of working with My Bermuda Tours for a 3-day work trip while we were in Bermuda. Our driver Cornell was prompt, polite, courteous and a very safe driver. The bus was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend their business to ANYONE that is coming to Bermuda and needs to coordinate transportation for a group. This was definitely a 5/5 tour. The booking was extremely easy and accommodating to our needs. Due to a recent storm, Sean stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was correctly scheduled before our arrival date since we had a bit of a delay. We came in on a cruise where Amatullah picked us up at the start of our island adventure. Being a native to Bermuda, she was very informative sharing her own story while also keeping us entertained with all the history of the island. She also shared information on other options to make the best use of our time while we were in Bermuda. Overall, we would definitely do it again.

Best experience! We were on MSC Mariviglia and when we arrived at Bermuda port we where looking to go to the caves. Someone at the port recommended this guy (Dakari, a local), with this nice bus. It was fantastic, Dakari showed us all the interesting sites including making a stop to a fresh fishes restaurant. We liked him so much, that our second day, we arrange a tour with him to his favorite beaches, best time ever. If you go to Bermuda, look for him. The price is also reasonable. Best excursion I ever done while on a cruise (for reference we've done several cruise).

 Verified Breathtaking views and Excellent Driver/Tour Guide
Dee, Our Driver/tour guide was so amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is our first time visiting Bermuda and this country was unbelievably gorgeous, clean, breathtaking beaches and views. Our trolly tour got cancelled so someone guided us to your bus and that was the best part of the cruise. Mr. Dakari White was amazing. We saw all 7 parishes and mom and I got our own private beach for over an hour. The history lessons from Dakari were (as we say in Boston) wicked good!
